The air conditioning condenser is the radiator that sits between the vehicles’s grille and the engine-cooling radiator, shedding liquid refrigerant, which flows to the evaporator within the dashboard, to send cool air to flow throughout the interior of the vehicle.
When it comes to issues with your vehicle’s air conditioning, you can’t always blame a disabled cooling fan, which is a very common issue. Sometimes, the air conditioning condenser could just be clogged, blocking cool air from properly flowing through your vents.
Or it could be a leak in the ac condenser, leading to a rapid loss of refrigerant. Take notice to see if your condenser is leaking coolant fluid when your vehicle is parked. Upon further visual inspection, if we find any noticeable punctures to the condenser, the only fix will be to fully replace your air conditioning condenser altogether.
If the condenser doesn’t seem to be clogged or backed up, the issue could be an electrical malfunction.
